As some of you may know, I only really go out shooting if there is an interesting sky. Clear or overcast skies just don't do it for me. I like some features in the sky to add some interest to the photos.
But alas, sometimes when theres an interesting sky, I'm unable to get out to a location.

When these situations arise, I turn to a recent interest of mine - Timelapse photography.
If you're unsure what it is, its simply lots [and lots] of still images, taken one after another. When put together and formed into a video sequence, they give the effect of time moving quickly. Its how a lot of these shots you see on documentaries of plants growing really quickly are shot.

I'll be adding some more of my timelapse work soon, but to get you started, heres four of my cloud only timelapses.
