As you may have already seen, I've integrated a new online shop into the site.
If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, you can find it here.
My main source of income is print sales, so it makes sense for me to make it as easy as possible for you guys to purchase my work.
The shop isn't full yet, I still have a back log of items to add to it, but the majority of my work is up and ready for purchase.
The Basics -
The shop integrates flawlessly into the normal site.
The products are filed into their original categories; seascapes, landscapes, HDR, panoramics, nature and misc, with the addition of a black and white category.
The shop is also integrated with my sites search system, so if you're looking through the galleries and find a particular image you'd like as a print, just use the search bar on the top right and it should bring it up.
Once you've found the product you're after, you'll be faced with the view above.
I currently offer standard photographic prints and wrapped canvas prints to be purchased directly through the store.
Each type has its own option, simply select which type you want and select the appropriate size you're after from the drop down box and hit add to cart. Simple as that.
I offer other print types such as MDF block prints [where a photographic print is sealed and laminated to a block of MDF] and box framed prints [where the print is mounted to a block of MDF, same as before, but inset into a frame]. For more information on these prints and prices, please get in touch.
If you plan on having your print framed and would like the image backed and mounted to fit a standard frame, please contact me, as I can offer mounted prints for a little extra.
Once you've selected your poison, you'll be transported to the cart as in the above image.
Pretty standard, what you've selected, how much it is and the total minus P&P.
If you have a discount coupon, enter the code at the bottom and hit submit and your discount will be applied straight away.
The checkout system is just as simple. Its only 4 steps. First enter your contact details and billing address, then confirm your shipping address, by default this is your billing address, but you have the option to have the print delivered else where, after that confirm your shipping method; I ship world wide, and the system is set up to receive global orders.
At the end you'll be asked to confirm your order, where you'll be redirected to my PayPal gateway for payment.
Please note you Do Not need a PayPal account to order. You can use your debit or credit card just fine.
If you'd like to pay by cheque or another means, please contact me before hand.
